✅ Cover roundtrip travel (flight or mileage) and 1-2 nights lodging as needed
✅ Provide space for Pastor Fred’s book/resource table
✅ Ensure pastoral presence during the session (This is required)
✅ Offer a functional teaching space with microphone and A/V support
✅ Promote this visit through social media and/or service announcements
✅ Allow photos and media for Leadership Research Solutions’ use
✅ Understand that all sessions are private, not publicly live-streamed
