He is the founder of Deeper In God, Inc. (DIG)—a ministry committed to igniting and nurturing a passionate pursuit of God through transformative teaching, prophetic preaching, intimate worship, and intentional spiritual growth. DIG exists to help people move beyond surface-level faith and encounter the depth of God’s presence, purpose, and power.

Fred also serves as Executive Pastor of Kingdom Culture International Ministries (KCIM), a thriving and dynamic church headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with multiple campuses across the Chicagoland area.

Above all, Fred is devoted to leading people into a full and abundant life rooted in Jesus Christ. He is married to his best friend, Carmenita, and together they are blessed with a blended family of five children—three boys and two girls.
